St Joseph's Hospital in Tampa wil be commemorating and encouraging
the study, and celebration of the essential role of women in Art History.

100 WOMEN IN ART HISTORY BY HEATHER RIPPERT
"A rich stack of ideas beautifully executed by Alicia Campos Massó with Natalia Velez and others actualized a widely held idea of bringing forth women artists who are largely overlooked by historians and institutions. The genius in this exhibit is in the past lives and work of these women were matched with 100 women artists who produced work interpreting and informed by those of the past. The results are varied and quite interesting, plus there is the elephant in the room, the invisible synthesis between the Past and Future, a Rainbow arcing over time, culture, and distance informing the Future. Good on so man levels. The links to younger artists is full of promise. A success on multiple levels. The place was packed. Too many luminaries to mention. I have never seen so many artists from Saint Petersburg attend a show in Tampa. Thank you Alicia. Brava!" Luis Gottardi
