Belicia Adams is an artist-entrepreneur who founded Paint 22 Inc, a 501c3. In 2018 she received her Masters's Degree in Entrepreneurship at The University of Tampa. While continuing to be an artist, she created ilE Artistry LLC. Artwork for interior design needs. ilE was created as a way to give back to the creator. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Web Design. After realizing her true passion, she switched from computer to canvas. Her mediums are light exposure photography, palette knife abstract painting, and digital art. Belicia is a Tampa Native with Puerto Rican and Spaniard Descent.
